How to Guarantee Results in Your Business and Income

Mar 05, 2019

An empowering, elevated money mindset–or any elevated mindset around a subject for that matter (think: energy, love, creativity, time)–starts with awareness and is cultivated through positive consistency.

Consistency almost always creates exponential growth when it’s positive, consistent action.

If you want a quantum leap in your chosen currency of life (love, time, money, energy, creativity) you must commit to consistent action. Not “constant” action as one of my mentors says, but consistent action.

Is your consistent action of avoiding looking at your credit card statements burying your head in the sand about your money?

Is your consistent action thinking, “There’s not enough to go around?”

Is your consistent action doing the same thing over and over, expecting something different to happen?

Here’s the truth: consistency can go both ways.

Take an honest look at who you’re being, what you’re thinking, and what you’re doing on a consistent basis and compare with the outcomes you’re receiving. If they’re creating more stress, anxiety, or guilt, then it may be time to shift your consistent actions.

The good thing here is that you’re realizing that your consistent actions create results.

The bad news is that it’s just not the results you want.

Consistent actions created in contraction will create contracted, linear results.

Consistent actions created from expansion will create exponential results.

What do you choose?

And choose again, and again, and again. Day after day after day.

What’s that I hear? “That takes a while, Christine!”

It can! And you’re already doing it. You’re already making unconscious, consistent actions day after day.

What might change if you chose to take conscious, high-level, consistent action?

What might happen? What might you receive? What might you achieve? How would you feel?

According to one of my favorite books, The One Thing by Gary Keller, it takes 66 days to form a new habit.

Are you willing to take 66 days out of your entire life (average lifespan in the US is 27,375 days) to change something in your life for the better?

I can almost guarantee that you won’t be successful by putting in or doing something for just one, or even two days–even one to two weeks.

A successful life, business, or financial picture starts with awareness and is grown through positive, consistent action.

Success isn’t about talent or skills . . . or even luck. It’s about consistency.

Tuning into your consistent actions opens up possibilities and creates more choice, more freedom, more income, and more joy.

If you aren’t getting what you want, tune into  your consistent actions–the ones that drain you in particular–and commit to 66 days of developing a new, more empowered action  (e.g. looking at your bank account every day for 66 days) that puts you in a position to receive a quantum leap in your currency of life.

3 Ways to Be More Consistent

  1. Know your “why.” Why do you do what you do? What are the outcomes you want to achieve, and what consistent actions support that? It’s hard to be consistent if you don’t know what you want.
  2. Validate your growth. Too often anxiety, stress, and doubt grow from the seeking of validation and acknowledgment from the external world. That must stop in order for you to see the results you’re looking for. Validating yourself will support the motivation to keep going.
  3. Get support. We aren’t meant to go through life alone. Nor business alone. Nor money alone. Get support from a trusted friend, mentor, coach. Invest resources in yourself to support your actions. You’re the sum total of the five people you hang out with the most. Choose wisely.

Until next time, much love and abundance to you in all its forms.
